Class begins with hi-lo aerobics, followed by Martial Art type moves and ending with toning exercises. |
| BODYMAX |
Is the ultimate toning class, bringing weight training principles from the gym to the studio, in a fun, effective and safe way. |
| BOOTCAMP BONANZA |
Hi-energy class combining calisthenics, strength training and cardio endurance! Some free weights, aerobics, combat, squats and burpees. |
| CROSS TRAINING |
A multi-challenge workout incorporating a mixture of exercises for total body fitness. (Booking is not required for this class). |
| HATHA YOGA |
Focus is on the breath, to lengthen the spine and ease out tension from the muscles, increasing flexibility and promoting a sense of well-being. |
| PILATES |
A mainly mat based series of exercises designed to increase muscle strength and tone, whilst focusing on correct posture and breathing. (Evening classes are not suitable for beginners) |
| STEP and TONE |
This workout will include Thigh's, Bum's, Tum's and Upper Body Exercises using the STEP,
making you work up a sweat whilst toning and sculpting. Suitable for all levels of fitness. |

A fun step workout followed by toning exercises using the step, weights and on the floor. |
| ZUMBA |
Ditch the workout, join the party! Get fit and have fun to the Latino Beat. |
